- Dale Gallimore plays an Epiphone Recording Model A tenor banjo for a group of children at the WPUV microphone. In addition to his work at WPUV, Mr. Gallimore, started radio station WHHV in Hillsville and WGFC in Floyd and was master of ceremonies at the Galax Fiddlers Convention in the 1960s. He was known for his comedic on-air skits. From studio portraiture to candid shots around Pulaski County, Virginia, the Farmer Photograph Collection shows the people and daily life in and around Pulaski County, Virginia in the 1945-1995 timeframe.
