The man sitting on the plane is Frank Edward Swain who was a Police Sergeant and was appointed an Honorary Lone Ranger in recognition of his continuing interest and support of The Lone Ranger. From studio portraiture to candid shots around Pulaski County, Virginia, the Farmer Photograph Collection shows the people and daily life in and around Pulaski County, Virginia in the 1945-1995 timeframe.
