Description
On January 21, 2017 hundreds of thousands of people gathered in the United States and in various places internationally to march for women's rights, women's reproductive health issues, LGBT rights, immigrant rights and more. The main march was in Washington DC, and the other marches have been dubbed "Sister Marches". Djuna Osborne was one of two organizers who created the Roanoke, Virginia Sister March and she talked to us about her reasoning for starting the march, how the march inspired her to run for public office, and her views on many associated topics.
