- Description
- In this letter to Carl and Rio, John Preston McConnell tells them that since he has to be in Richmond soon, he can have his driver stop in Charlottesville to pick up Carl and bring him to Radford for a visit. He offers that the driver can drive as slow as comfort dictates so that Carl will be as comfortable as possible on the trip and remarks that in doing this Carl could save $10-$12 in transportation.
