- Description
- This letter, written to both Paul and Carl McConnell contains several pieces of family news. One interesting point is that John Preston McConnell mentions that he has 18 acres of corn in Scott County and that it produced about 500 bushels. He mentions that he gets half the yeild and the other half goes to the men who cultivated it.
