Butch Robins, a professional musician since graduating from high school lectures about the history of Blue Grass music and in the process tells much about his personal life story, and about the life of Bill Monroe. Butch's first hand accounts of the people, places and songs that made the music famous are provided here in a five part video lecture. In the introduction, Butch gives a summary of his musical career and sets the stage for the lecture on Blue Grass music.
