- Description
- We met an Afghan truck on thee road. A very common truck was build on an International Harvester truck frame.Above the cab it was common to see a platform for passengers. On the side of the truck you can see the ropes and nets to secure the load and whatever. The Blair Brainard Peace Corps in Afghanistan Photographic Collection captures the photographers experience as a Peace Corps volunteer in Afghanistan, primarily in the city of Herat, 1965-1968.
