Accident
The Farmers did work for insurane companies, newspapers, police as well as others. This picture of an accident between a car and a Greyhound Bus is included here to represent that part of their work. On January 20, 1951 Lavelle Anderson (driver), and Thomas Grantham, in Anderson's 1941 coupe, collided with a Greyhound bus driven by Scherer S. Sutliff at the intersection of Main Street and Washington Avenue in Pulaski. From studio portraiture to candid shots around Pulaski County, Virginia, the Farmer Photograph Collection shows the people and daily life in and around Pulaski County, Virginia in the 1945-1995 timeframe.- Creator
