On August 19, 2015 Michael Ross and Ron Kolenbrander came to Radford University's McConnell Library and talked about Mr. Ross' experiences as a dog handler in the Vietnam War. Mr. Ross was stationed in Phu Cat during the war and was awarded the Medal for Meritorious Service for his actions there.
